The arithmetic

Three of your four margin levers are closed.

Convert the demand you already have

The people who already found you and already picked up the phone. You paid to create that demand. It is the only lever left that nobody else has closed.

Price the shift you actually need.

Weekday evenings, six to nine. The lunch hour nobody covers. Saturday afternoon and Sunday. That is about 26 hours a week — roughly 112 a month.

Singapore’s Local Qualifying Salary sets a part-time floor of S$10.50 an hour. At the floor, before employer CPF, that shift costs about S$1,176 a month. Add 17% CPF and you are near S$1,376 — for a fragmented, unsociable shift, recruited and trained and recruited again when they leave.

And at the floor, nobody takes that shift. That is the actual problem.

MOM — Local Qualifying Salary. The Local Qualifying Salary is the floor an employer must pay local staff for foreign-worker quota purposes, not a universal minimum wage.

It isn’t only after six.

Your receptionist is at the desk on Monday morning. Two lines ring at once. She is checking a patient in. One of those callers waits, and one of them hangs up and calls the clinic down the road.

That call was lost during the hours you are already paying for. A second person would fix it — for a full salary, to cover a few minutes of overlap a day. Cover fixes the overlap only.

My problem is not enough patients, not missed calls.

Then the calls you do get are worth more, not less — and the ones you miss are the expensive kind.

Then we measure yours

We don't know what your phone is losing. That's the point.

Every figure on a competitor's site is a US vendor's telemetry or a model. There is no independent measurement of missed calls at a Singapore dental clinic. So we measure yours instead — calls to your line at the hours you are weakest, your own call logs, and a number that belongs to your clinic and not to an average.

What is it costing your clinic?

Three numbers. No email. The answer appears as you type.

WhatsApp

Your patients already live here.

Rescheduling by phone means calling, waiting, and asking. That friction is where no-shows come from. On WhatsApp it is one tap.

Rescheduling, start to finish

Sample thread
  1. Clinic:

Hi Mrs Tan — a reminder of your appointment with Dr Lim tomorrow, Thursday, at 3:00pm. Reply 1 to confirm, 2 to reschedule, 3 to cancel.

    Sent a day before, automatically
  2. Patient:

    2

  3. Clinic:

No problem. Here are the next open times with Dr Lim:

    Friday, 10:30amFriday, 4:00pmMonday, 11:00am
  4. Patient:

    Friday, 4:00pm

  5. Clinic:

Done — you're booked with Dr Lim on Friday at 4:00pm. We'll send a reminder two hours before.

Your calendar updated. Your team sees the change.

A second front desk, in the app they already use

Patients book, reschedule, or cancel by message. No app to install, no portal login, no hold music.

Reminders that answer back

Nudges go out 7 days, 24 hours, and 2 hours before the visit — and the reply is handled in the same thread.

Real slots, checked when they tap

The times offered are your actual openings, re-checked at the moment the patient chooses one.

The phone

And the ones who still ring the clinic.

Plenty of patients will never message you — the ones reading your signboard, the ones who always call. They reach the same number they always have, and it gets answered in the hours your front desk isn't there. A person installs it.

Why Connectify

The things a US tool or a chatbot can't say.

Singapore-built, PDPA-native

Not a US tool bolted onto Singapore. Consent, retention, and data residency are built in, not retrofitted.

Speaks your patients' language

en-SG-native voice today. English + Mandarin in rollout on higher tiers — described honestly as it ships.

Real transfer to a real phone

When it matters, a human picks up — not a chatbot dead-end.

Guardrailed by design

It informs, routes, and escalates. It never diagnoses, never assesses severity, never recommends treatment.

A partner, not a replacement

Onboarding starts with a receptionist partnership call — before a single call forwards.

Guardrailed by design

What it will never do.

A front desk you can trust is one that knows its limits. Here are ours — in writing.

  • Never gives clinical advice

An out-of-scope question becomes a booking or a note for your team — never a guess.

  • Never invents an answer or a price

It speaks only from what you've written down. If it wasn't told, it says "let me have someone confirm."

  • Never hides that it's AI

Every caller is told, and can ask for a person at any time.

  • Never handles an emergency alone

Trauma, bleeding, severe pain — it escalates to a human and says to call 995 if it's urgent.

  • Never replaces your receptionist

It answers the calls she can't — lunch, after hours, mid-chair.

Trust & compliance

Built for the rules a Singapore clinic answers to.

Compliance isn't fine print here — it's the product. This is the wedge a foreign tool or a WhatsApp bot can't match.

PDPA-compliant

Consent recorded on every call. A DPA is provided to every clinic.

Audit trail on every change

Change records retained seven years. Recordings retained 90 days by default, configurable.

Singapore-region by default

Data stored in-region, with full subprocessor transparency.

Built to MOH AI-HGle 2.0

Our self-assessment against the 2.0 guidelines is in progress. HIB 2026 aware.

You hold the kill switch

Who this isn't for

If your phone is already always answered, you don't need us.

A clinic already answering nine to nine, seven days, with a person on the line the whole time does not have the problem we solve. We say so on the first call rather than sell something that is not needed.

This works when there is a real gap: a desk that closes at 5.30, a lunch hour with nobody on the phone, a Sunday — or one person covering two lines on a Monday morning.

How it goes live

Live in about two weeks — receptionist first.

No IT project, no downtime, no number to change. We set the whole thing up, and your front desk keeps working exactly as it does today.

1

Partner

We start with a receptionist partnership call — before any calls forward. Your front desk is in the loop from minute one.

2

Configure

We load your hours, doctors, services, and FAQs, and point your existing clinic number at Connectify.

3

Go live

Calls go live in about two weeks. You get a daily summary and a monthly Revenue Recovery report.

Simple minutes-based pricing. Overage never cuts off service and emergencies are always answered.

See your number

You don't know what your phone is losing. Neither do we — yet.

QUESTIONS

What dental clinic owners ask first

  • Will it replace my receptionist?

No. It takes the calls she cannot pick up — lunch hour, after hours, when she is at the chair. She keeps the walk-ins, the sensitive consults, and the doctor handoffs. The daily report names what she handled and what we handled. Run the free Revenue Recovery Report — see your clinic's actual leak in 90 seconds.

  • Are you PDPA-compliant?

Yes. We follow the Personal Data Protection Act for every patient record we touch. Our Data Protection Officer is named on the security page. Patient records and call transcripts stay on Singapore infrastructure. Still unsure? Message the founder directly at hello@connectify.ai — replies within one business day.

  • Does it work with my dental CRM?

Today we write every booking into a shared calendar and send a daily CSV. Direct links into Plato, ClinicConnect, and Healthway are on our roadmap — they are not live yet. Save your specialty's spot on the Launch Partner waitlist below.

  • How much does it cost?

Connectify is a subscription. Launch Partners lock special cohort pricing for as long as the account stays open. Apply as a Launch Partner below and we will walk you through your exact number on a 15-minute call.

  • What does the pilot look like?

Six weeks. Week 1 is setup. Week 2 goes live. Weeks 3–6 we tune the scripts and review the numbers together. If it does not pay back, you walk away. No clawback. Still unsure? Message the founder directly at hello@connectify.ai — replies within one business day.

  • Do my patients need an app or WhatsApp?

No. They call the number on your signboard and Google listing — nothing to download, no new number to save — and Connectify answers. The patients who phone you today, including older patients who never text, reach you the same way. Run the free Revenue Recovery Report — see your clinic's actual leak in 90 seconds.

  • How is it different from a WhatsApp chatbot?

A chatbot only works when a patient types. We cover the hours your front desk isn't there — on the line patients already dial. Calls are answered, booked and rescheduled, cancelled slots are refilled from your waitlist, and anything clinical or urgent goes to your team. Built for Singapore clinics, not a bot bolted onto chat. Save your specialty's spot on the Launch Partner waitlist below.
